Refund and Return Policy

Also note that in case of return any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Remember, we can't return products to suppliers or re-sell them to other customers if you damage them when installing. We have a strict QC process that ensures that products being shipped are in perfect condition.

If you need to file for a refund before shipping, please abide by the following instructions:

A 100% refund will be made if you cancel the order within 24 hours before the order is shipped out. If you need to cancel the order, please contact us by email at edward@wix24003.com and indicate your order number. We will reply to you and refund you within 24 hours in business days.

We support credit card payments. If you are paying through a PayPal account, your refund will be received within 1-2 hours of the working day. If you paid via credit card channel, your refund will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the working day.

If you need to file for a return, please abide by the following instructions:

In case defective, damaged, and missing parts in your parcel are discovered, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item. Otherwise, we will not be liable.
In case of replacement or return, items can be returned back or replaced within 14 days of receiving your item. The shipping cost will pay by the customer.
In case of a return, there is a 10% restocking fee will pay by the customer.
We will pay the return shipping only if the item is defective within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please provide a detailed explanation of the defect, aided by images and/or a short video clip to ease the process.
For replacements, we need the defective product returned to our warehouse before we can ship out a fresh replacement. We will respond as soon as we receive the return and verify the malfunction.
An individual component or discrete products cannot be returned if the housing has been opened.

Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.
It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
